I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Andheri West! The location is superb, right in the center of the city, making it very convenient for exploring. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to accommodating my requests for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided basic amenities and even offered extra beds for those traveling with children. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

Everything was absolutely fine, no improvement needed.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, which is only around 25-30 minutes away from the airport and a short distance from the Andheri station. Excellent location, well-maintained rooms with nice views, mini-fridge, and huge LCD screen. Complementary snack pack and breakfast. Smooth check-in/out process, polite and helpful staff. Nice services and cleanliness. Some staff members were very nice and skilled. Great value for money, accommodating for families. Big TV with plenty of channels and easy WiFi connection.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the fact that the room was clean and the staff was polite. The hotel's location was also great as it offered easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus.

The room was small and outdated with uncomfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was not hygienic and lacked proper ventilation.
